When I was trying earlier im sure I seen an additional category icon, testing or something, but it's dissappeared now. Maybe that was causing the issue on my iPad.

is paypal still in the pipeline ? Although Worldpay worked fine it seems you have to enter your card details every time which is a bit of a pain unless ive overlooked something.

i watched the beginners video too, it's a shame that can't be posted in the beginners section.

I think the 'testing' category was a mistake on our developers' behalf earlier. We have a separate testing website and they inadvertently updated live as opposed to testing, hence the rogue categories! Most of the stuff we're waiting for now is to help us with the back end/order processing... with the exception of PayPal.

We'll definitely have a PayPal option available at some point this week. Hopefully sooner rather than later. We're thinking about re-running our samplers offer, as a lot of people have said they will only shop with PayPal.

We've got more tutorials coming online soon, which won't be so commercial (in terms of recommending products to buy from us)! When they're ready I'll update this thread. If AAEC would like to feature them in the beginners section, of course, we'd be delighted! I hate that beginner's guide video. My girlfriend convinced me to try a bit of make-up for camera and eye make-up didn't agree with me. I look like I've spent a weekend smoking nefarious substances or something! Sod's law dictates that it's the most prominent video that features me looking my worst

Hi Chrissie I'd recommend clearing your cart and starting again. You have to select your sample size/pack first and then tick the samples you want. Then add to cart. This is working for me.

If you select the samples without choosing sample pack size, it will end up with a single 1.80 entry in the cart. We'll try to get this changed

Okey dokey, I've now got it sorted.

Next problem, it's states a flat rate of £1.95 for 2nd class P&P in your delivery instructions, but it's coming up as £2.75

Thanks to eagle-eye Chrissie, we've spotted the delivery charges on our T&Cs page do not tally with the shipping that is calculated in the shopping cart process. The T&Cs have not been updated after an amendment to the checkout process so apologies if this leads to confusion. Trust the cart until we amend the T&Cs.
