whilst driving one day with the window open, a wasp flew in, stung me twice, then flew out again.
The whole process took less than a second and it left me with a lifelong hatred for the damn things!

Also hated the things and as I am not bothered by green fly I say exterminate every last one of them. They need to be made extinct. But not seen any this year. Probably too far north for the time of year. But the buggers will come of that I am sure and my electric bat is ready and waiting. I just love watching them die slowly and in total agony. I certainly hope so anyway.

If you don't want to kill wasps, invest in a Waspinator, looks like a wasp/hornet nest & they're territorial so it deters them. Or, if you're not fussed about killing them, you can buy a wasp trap, but it's easy to make your own from a plastic pop bottle. Use some vinegar in the sweet bait solution but no honey. The vinegar should put off bees, but better not to use honey & that should keep your haven wasp free.
