VapingBad Thanks for that, im not really looking to add more power, i now have a better understanding as to how so many people are vaping at say 40watt etc, but do you lose flavour at high watts? I understand that my Rose's cant really go low and have high watts, but would i gain anything by trying a different attie and lowering ohms and upping wattage? I vape at around 32 W with dual coils and lung inhale, but not artificially fast like some of the people who go really high. At that power I could have good of bad flavour completely depending on atty & build, but that is in lung inhale terority and too much power for just mouth to lung without temp-limiting like the DNA40. You should be able to get flavour at medium wattage with work, it is a bit easier to get flavour over 20 W, but you will have to enjoy more vapour as well, but that is not a problem for most people.

Depends on if you like a hot vape, I can't go higher on anything than 50w as to me it's unpleasant, too hot, and spits juice on your lips, that's just me but to each their own That's purely down to lack of airflow, use something with massive airflow like a Troll or Freakshow and it'll happily deal with 80W+ at 0.2 ohms with hardly any heat on the vapour. I hear you and yes your correct, but in my case and I can only speak for myself I don't have the lung capacity to get the best outta them. I've drilled out air holes and tried that but it's still not fit for my use

*-SARIN-* tis horses for courses I've never been more impressed by any tank when compared to my Atlantis's imho they suit and fulfill everything I look for or need in vaping . Personally I like the favour it produces, it's a case of whatever works for you No i agree and i love my Atlantis, pretty much been used daily since Xmas but the Lemo V2 has taken it's crown recently and i suspect that the Goblin might overtake that when it finally arrives.

*-SARIN-* brought it up earlier. The Rose V2 is indeed sweet at 20Watts. However my VCT at 35Watts is sweeter Honestly it's horses for courses. Whatever suits you is fine. Anything above that does not need to be considered - if you're happy stay where you are I'm a juice monster. Don't ask me where I am or I'll say '30ml per day'

VapingBad im guessing that you are using a RDA or are you using RTA? What ohms are you running? Ripshod Rose V2 at 20watts - what build are you using out of interest? Oh and 30ml per day holly ****

Cheeky bugger I'm a metalhead that sub ohms. Don't know what the icon is so *Blows a raspberry at you* lol He does have a point about the flavour, sub-ohm drippers and tanks are like the American approach to fast cars: just take the easy way out and whack the biggest engine you can find in a basic chassis. Flavour requires a balance of many things working together not just power & airflow and differient liquids favour different solutions like tobaccos are much better with steel, custards with cotton.

Oh and 30ml per day holly **** No, like flavour too much my ADV is an Orgien Genesis V2 duel 3 mm stainless steel rope wicks on a DNA40 set to 400-410 F. You can use ss wicks in some drippers, but to much faff for me like cotton wicks in general. I have the small atty, short air path, 4 ml liquid capacity and better flavour IMO than I can get out of a dripper even at 50% more power.

The wick is KGD, though any cotton has proven great. As always the less wick the better. Until a couple of months ago I was stuck at 16 Watts, until I learned the lesson with the wick. I confess I've had this current build up to 28Watts (calculated - on a nemesis), but the coil got clogged and gave a burnt taste

My tastes are a lot to do with me just vapping tobacco flavour at 100% PG and not suited to some flavours like sweets & custards. PG is a better flavour carrier than VG, it also allows you to produce vapour at slightly lower temperature so cooking you liquid less, but some people have an intolerance to it and some find it harsh.

I agree there. Since going to higher VG I've had to increase the % flavour in my juice. But it's not as bad as some will tell

VapingBad thought it would be a Gennie (old school - and i say that with respect as everyone that started vaping more than a few years swear by them) ive never tried one is it worth a dabble?? Considering me liking custards & bakery?
