istick battery

Just wondered if anyone had tried changing the battery in a 20w istick, have done a few repairs on the 510 for friends and family and I know what's coming next it will be 'the battery isn't as good as it was can you change it', they look like an 18650 tagged battery to me but my expertise on batteries ends there.
I know they're cheap but just fancied having a play with a couple when I'm bored otherwise I'd have to talk to Mrs S

I don't know anybody who has tried smarties, but it must be do-able. It had to get in there somehow......

Yes there's vids on YouTube how to replace them, it doesn't look like too much hassle to do

There a lipo battery, and seem to be the same battery in both fixed battery devices I have.
I have searched to find suitable lipo 2200mah replacements but no joy.
when the battery goes in the smok Im using a tabbed samsung of off ebay in it.

I managed a flattop efest in one with a very quick solder job on the battery, and still going strong so the answer is yes if you are good with the iron. make sure you save the sticky rubber caps for insulation
