Hi folks I have just rewicked my uncoil for the 3rd time and when I fire the tank up no problems initially then get 'no atomiser' coming up on the iStick. Unscrew everything and load up again and the same thing happens. Just put a standard manger coil in and all fine. What could I have done?

Try the head on another device, but it is quite possible you have dislodged one of the coil legs while swapping out the wick.
