New Smaller 'out and about' kit for OH

Hi guys, wanted your help and advice on this, my partner doesn't like taking the riva out, she thinks it's too big and bulky, So we are looking for a 510 smaller kit, ciggie size, or not much bigger, I don't think length matters so much as width, as long as it's not tooooo long. We'd prefer cartomisers, but definitely not LR cartos, as you get with VE's kit, and preferably with 2 batteries included from the off, as cheap as possible, and it must be 510 so she can switch to the riva when at home, I showed her the SD, but think she'd prefer something more like a real ciggy, but colour isn't necessarily an issue.

Anything out there to match these specific requirements at an affordable price?

I'd persevere with the SD

You can hide it in your hand almost although your other half may have smaller hands than me (god i hope so )

And as long as you remember to use SR cartos you can top up with the juice of choice...



Just realised your sig has got bigger at either end with the addition of some badges

Would the battery last as long as 2 of the 200+ odd mah batteries out there though? Because you only get one. I know it seems strange, that we have Rivas but are concerned about battery time, she just doesn't like the look of the riva in public for some reason, and who am I to argue. But still need something that gonna be good for a good few hours out of the house, even if that means 2x batteries.

sorry for your loss today alvo but how about painting the sd white and brown for the cartos in the meantime i'll paint the town red
for the price seriously grab an extra sd although i saw steves sd and the ego battery he sells (think they are riva style)
are not much longer than the sd so put a carto on the end its the driptip that makes it longer in my opinion.
cant remember where i saw but there is another type that is slim a kr something or other ask des he'll know

Only going on what i've read in numerous posts

A lot of people rave about the SD and it's poke for such a small thing compared to the early ciggie lookalikes.

I've only played around with mine a bit but it's still going well

I even bought a second one to leave in my desk at work as a backup in case all other options had a mis-function one day to stop me from thinking about the nasties.

I think the other half would definitely get an average night out on one as long as it was fully charged before going out.

I'm so happy with the vaping thing i think i'd quite happily go out with the Riva now and be proud of it.

Off to report oversize signatures to the mods now

If it was me, I'd have it in an instant, after reading reviews comparing the SD to Ego's etc, but it isn't me, and she really doesn't care about that, she wants a ciggalike

And who has an oversized signature? ??? Not me I hope, I've seen bigger lol.

Colli grats, thankfully I didn't make the journy today, so only had to suffer via the radio. Worst part is Forest won though And when you look at our fixtures, I don't think we'll win any of the next 3 games either

Anyway, she is adamant it must be a ciggalike, 510. Still checking the sites myself, but if anyone has any recommendations based on that then your advice would be appreciated.

This is the first one I bought when I re-started vaping, but I don't know if it's possible to use cartos on them, anyone know?
It was a reliable kit and never let me down.

Might be worth considering one of the Jacvapour kits, you can get a 20% discount with ECR69. I have no experience of them but I'm told they are quite good:

Awesome Dave, exactly what I was looking for, and couldn't find, 2 x Batteries, cartomisers, and she can have different coloured bungs to mark flavours, but just one thing, it doesn't say whther this is a 510 or not...

If it's not I'm going to have to go for something like Anne has posted, and add the cartos myself (I think I could have a go at direct dripping with the atomisers that come with it on my Riva couldn't I, so as not to waste and all that, lol)

I think Safercigs has something that i looked at once but then was put off with the short working times

I'm pretty sure they are 510 fitting alvo, but you could always check with them to be sure.

Cheeky git, we had the 13th highest attendance of all teams in the country last time I checked poor buggers, the crap we have to endure on the pitch, all I can say is the beer and pies are good... And there is nothing better to do on a Saturday in Derby lol

I actually hope you don't go up this year, for purely selfish reasons, not been boleyn/upton yet, and I missed my chance again this year.

It was indeed a good result whuf - shame about the league form though!
Alvo - just checked and I think they are an 808 fitting, which is I believe the same as a 901. You can get adaptors that go either way, to or from a 501

If we're on the football and vaping thing I have a question, do any of you vape at the game? Do you vape in the stand, concourse, or still go out with the rest of the smokers at half time? Have you had any comments yet?

I've actually converted a couple of people I know from the footy into vapers, although I think they're hoping to quit altogether.
