This is fantastic thank you . I don't have a drill but the coil has four holes in it about 2mm so maybe if I do a 2mm coil ?? The other 2 holes should I pack with cotton wool please ?? As there is four on the bvc I don't have a bdc one

igual I'm getting on to this today I have 4mm 3mm 2.5 mm and 2.75 mm which would you recommend please

Drill wise 3 mm use the 2.5 first and hold it with pliers or ideally a vice as its easy fir drill to slip and get your fingers.

Actually this video is very helpful thank you it gives me a good guide on how to do it ,I should be able to do that without the kit and I'm thinking with a good micro coil in there I should be able to rewick that for some time
Can I ask ( sorry another question ) this bvc has 4 holes they look 2mm do you think That would be to many holes ?? Could I maybe try and block 2 of a bit pack with cotton wool ?? If not I'll try and get hold of a dead bvc as I don't have a drill I would have to see if anyone could drill one for me

Like I said, I don't use the BVC coils so not sure really, as the holes are already there it's always worth giving it a try.

I have a spare BDC coil head with the holes already drilled and fitted with a 2 ohm microcoil, I can send it to you if you want to play around with it?
Just PM me your address and i'll pop it in the post for you today if you like

Yep the one I used was a bvc just leave a whispy tail and use that to cover the other holes hun.

Brilliant thank you this is fantastic looking forward to having a go. I would think a good micro coil would last for some time as well so I would have to do to much,I'll also get some heads in from fastech for future thanks once again ,happy girl now

I give up spent all afternoon trying to get that little bugger in the right place it's not happening I need the kit I think as it puts the coil exactly where you want it , shame you can't get a nautilus coil like the nv ones I'd be sorted Thanks for the help everyone but I know when I'm defeated lol

That's a shame, but you really don't need that overpriced kit!
To be fair the Nautilus head is slightly trickier to build, but if you can build a Kanger BCC head then you should be able to build a Nautilus head.
My offer is still open if you would like me to send you the single microcoil BDC head I built with the drilled 2mm holes.

That's a shame, but you really don't need that overpriced kit!
To be fair the Nautilus head is slightly trickier to build, but if you can build a Kanger BCC head then you should be able to build a Nautilus head.

Interesting, Ive always avoided the nautilus as I have a dislike for the vertical coil.
Might have to try 1 now i know they take horizontal coils.
