I Have just read the t&c of ordering and it mentions about errors being made and they cannot except order and will make a corrected offer. Then it states the contract is confirmed on the supply of goods. So if they took our money they have agreed they have a supply of goods which makes this a contract? If it was a pre order and they haven't taken money then they are waiting for the supply of goods Before committing to a contract, then By taking money once they received goods to sell That binds them into a contract Here are the T&C www.gearbest.com/about/terms-and-conditions.html
The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.

yeah i read those basically they took the money which basically means they have agreed on the supply of goods. if they didnt have the goods they wouldnt take the money and it would just be pre order or out of stock

First with the Goblin and again with the Goliath. Still awaiting the refund for the Goliath.

I can also confirm as I had the same with the Goblin and Goliath orders but in my case both orders this time went through with no issues and took delivery over the last 2 wks

i aint no t&c guru
and the way i see it is they have goods in stock they've accepted payment which puts them into a contract to supply goods unless agreed between both parties.
bit like a pre-order you pay and they ship goods when stock has been received by themselves

Both parties agree that, following order dispatch, transportation is the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics company. During this stage, full ownership of the product(s) belongs to the buyer; all associated liability and risks during transportation shall be borne by the buyer.
All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. GearBest cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case
