decoy I agree that is the most ridiculous condition i have ever read, the seller is the one who has a contract with the shipping company as they are the ones who engaged their service and i guarantee if a buyer contacted ANY shipping company to complain the shipping company would tell them that they can't legally deal with the buyer as the contract is between the sender and the shipping company.

Rapidly heading toward making my vendor blacklist Gearbest.
There are two parties involved in any transaction yet somehow you get to decide when customers receive their money back on transactions you fail to deliver on and you expect the customer to take all liability for any issue even if it is beyond their control or fault.

Bottom line is don't trade with this company, there are too many people with to many problems and a totally ineffectual customer relations policy. Thanks but no thanks Gear best!

thats the point how can it be your property when the shipper has it
they decide which shipper they use(down to who do it cheapest)
i presumed we were covered under the distance selling regs but it seems they dont even want to pretend to be

tbh i think most peps know what the eventual out come will be in a week or so(once peps have managed to get there refund and having tried to get one thats how long it will be)

yeah prr all i see is bad vibes about that place stick to sites you know that works
those super deals always have a catch or major problems

i have jumped on these types of deals in the past sometimes not vape stuff but i know the risks china may pull outa the hat

when refunds are issued i think it should be black listed from this forum just incase these deals pop up and people get sucked into the savings and forget gb past history
