So am i right then if i want to make 10ml i will divide all that by 10 and 20ml i would divide by 20 etc. I'm sorry, but I have no idea what you mean... have you tried using one of the mixing calculators? Hi yes i have but my problem is i have a pre mix of 30/70 vg/pg. not too sure how to do a 60/40 mix i dont understand how much nic i need for the size ml i want or the strength i need.

ian747 Use the mix calc at the top of the forum, you have 70vg /30pg base at 72mg and you want to achieve a 60/40, if you just use the calculator it works it all out for you easy peasy lemon squeezy

Or the other way around, one post says you have 70pg/30vg and another says you have 70vg/30pg base??
Whichever way you look it it still works on the forum calculator at the top, enter the nic ratio at the top so if you enter 70 in the first box then it will work out you have 70/30 then enter the MG which is 72 then enter what you want i.e. 15mg then the bottle size, add a flavour which is all PG then hit generate receipe and it pops up over the other side, i am not clever enough to snapshot the result but your base mix does work into what you want it to be no matter how you input the ratio.

how about - 1l 30pg - 70 vg = 300ml pg - 700ml vg - if you add 400ml pg - you have a 50:50 1l 400ml mixture
this is just a guide line - you can half or double or .............. also add more pg for a different ratio

Your best bet for simplicity for a 15mg juice. First mix a plain 100ml of juice at 18mg. To do this add 25ml of PG based nic to 75ml of your 30PG/70VG. When you wish to make smaller flavoured bottles put your desired flavours in the bottle first then top up with your 100ml nic base. What you will then have is a flavoured juice around 15mgs and near as damn it a 60PG/40VG ratio.

Next time I'd buy your PG & VG separately ian747 . . . . as it makes any calculations so much more straightforward.

I'm not being mean or trying to be funny but if you can't use a mix calculator or do the basic math then maybe you should stick to premix juice untill you master the basics, or don't be so fussy about your ratios, as long as your nic content isn't dangerous then you're good to go ! ian747

I was told to post on here. Usually people who are new to anything do a bit of research first and try to understand how they are going to tackle what they're doing. You seem to have jumped in with both feet buying stuff without even a basic knowledge of what you want to achieve. You've had some great advice already from some very experienced mixers.......and haven't understood that either. You can see why I might think it's a wind up can't you?

The best suggestion was to use the calculator on this board, you seem to have ignored that advice as well

How do you work out the nic levels and for what size ie 10ml 20ml etc Thank you all Ian if you make a 100ml of plain nic liquid there is no need to worry about how much nic to use in smaller bottles. its then as simple as making a glass of squash, you can make any size/quantity that you want. This is the simplest calculator I can find. Ejuice calc

Have you sorted out what you need ( roughly ) to do for your mix ian747? Did you download Ejuicemeup?
