Yep Monday was wash day but no twin tub not even a mangle, although I remember when I was older and we had one and feeding the washing (and other things when mum wasn't watching) through the mangle great fun.

No, the dolly tub came out on Monday and the washing was bashed with a posser, I still have it. Also remember the dolly blue, mainly as I seemed to get stung by wasps that summer and having a wet dolly blue bag dabbed on the stings was mums remedy.
