Hi Guys

Heard some good things about these guys so went ahead and placed an order and goods recieved.

Got some of there Tripple strength Vanilla custard and french vanilla, whats the best ratio or a good custard reciepe using these?

Loads of Custard reciepe's in the Recipe forum below ( Stickied to the top of the page) I recently bought some of UK Flavours including Vanilla Custard, but yet to use any so cannot advise on the percentage to use. What I'll usually do if it don't know what percentage to use a concentrate at I'll start at 10%, but beware as their are some that can be requiring a lot lower!

Try a 5ml mix using 10% of concentrate and go from there. Such a small mix will not waste much if you don't like it

Perpetua is the lady who needs to answer this. I don't qualify as I use such small percentages of concentrate in my mixes cos I share a sofa with Pepperty

The Triple Strength VC, about 15% was good for me . . . . haven't tried the French Vanilla though.
