I have just realised I have not changed the coil on my Aspire Atlantis (0.5 ohm) since I got it and it still vapes great! I do use a very pure own blend juice @25w first on a Aspire CF Mod but now on my Yosen SX300, its about 90% VG with Ethyl maltol and a few drops of peppermint in there. I use it most days although it is not my main device as the GF would not be able to see the telly. I started using this coil on the 19th December 2014  |

Because it's thicker stronger wire than 32g Kanthal perhaps? DiscoDes. I have this on good authority  |

This thread below might be of some interest to you ....... link well, reading that thread I'll try giving my original coil a ultrasonic bath before binning it. I have bought a 5 pack of replacement heads shortly after getting the Atlantis so I may get the same problems  |
