That is good news for Italian vapers let's hope it brings their prices down again fir them to a more sensible level.
Also hopefully might have an effect further afield.

Great news, a judge will look into past cases and rulings from all over Europe before making one here, will they not?
It only takes one up and coming blue chip lawyer from each country that needs a government beating case on his CV. Same tax vaping - smoking, got be an easy one for them.......
