MY usual cleaning agent for bits n bobs and all things stainless is unscented laundry oxi, but i dont think it was the best choice as i got a hint of mineral oil with the first tankful through the last new atty's i gave the treatment too, it seems a lot of folk use jewellery ultrasonic cleaners?? is there a recommended model??? or does the collective wisdom in here know of a more superior (cheap cheap) method??
many thanks in advance.....

I use a little cheap ultra sonic cleaner with a little bit of fairy added then rinse after. A cheap set of needle files is handy too for cloned atty's, they typically have swarf etc to remove first.

Both the same spec from what i can tell, the only difference is the bath lifts off the base on 7050 like a cordless kettle compared to a corded one.

You don't need an Ultra Sonic cleaner. They do work well (for many things) but I rarely use mine for e-cig kit. Nowt wrong with a soapy bath in fairy liquid, then another soak in clean water and a few rinses. (this from the man who just rinsed his subtanks and got them vaping in about 4 minutes after arrival...)

Must admit our household doesn't have such hi-tech things as USCs, so a bowl of warm soapy water, a good agitation and then a warm water rinse followed by copious amounts of kitchen towel does me. Be warned, ye of little faith - if you vape on a new atty without cleaning it first, be prepared for a tank full of oil-tasting juice, no matter how strong the flavour should be!
