Really wish this has a built in battery. I know some see it as a disadvantage but since I got some isticks I just really prefer it.

No having to buy extra batteries. No figuring out what batteries are best for what set up. No carrying extra batteries. It's so much simpler. Everywhere you go someone has a phone charger (for me anyway, obviously that won't be the case for everyone). I never worry about batteries anymore.

Can't these be charged in the same way though as they come with a USB charging lead or am I missing something?

Yes they can. No need to remove the battery IMO.

I'd use a Sony VTC4, Efest Purple 35A, or I believe Puremist are doing the Samsung 25r's at about £5 each so get a pair.

Folks, before you start leaping in - or am I too late? This has a fixed 510 pin. And the paint is coming off a review sample. It's crap. The flipping Kbox is better, and I hate that with a passion.

It's really poor form that a company as big as Kanger are still trotting out mods with fixed 510 connectors. Surely in this day and age auto 510's should now be the default position.
i understand it's sold as a set and the fixed 510 will be set to match the Subtank but even so why restrict options.

Arrogance I think Greg, rather than a mistake. You will use the subtank mini or else. While it is the best clearo I have used, and a brilliant rba, I've got others I like. The Erl is a bugger to connect to many mods, but I love it.

Fixed 510 = no go for me. I swap rta's/rda's too often. I like it though. Great kit for a starter.

I don't think the consumers that this is aimed at will really give a toss about the fixed pin. It's a stunningly good looking mod and atty combo, and will give a much better vaping experience, especially to newbies, than 99% of the crappy starter kits on Ebay etc.

Indeed it is sydsut. But....it is not £5.99 from a market stall. Unless smokers are directed towards that kind of set-up, many will fail.

Most smokers, myself included, are reluctant to spend money on *another* failed attempt unless they are shown the facts. Which is not easy.
