I'm an ex GV smoker and have to say that I've hated any GV juice that I've tried. My fav cig-a-like juice at the moment is Benson and Fences from PV. I also have some drum from PV as it was recommended but I've still to try it. Let us know how you get on!

I'm an ex rollie smoker and apart from some tobacco flavour from china that I vaped briefly hardly vaped any tobacco flavours...

It's about the nic conc for me not the flavour. Get the right nic strength and you're laughing

There's also a PEG liquid, I don't know anything about it, if it's related to PG in any way.
Someone with more experience may be able to advise.

You will find that most vendors will do you a VG based juice if you ask them (e.g. Vapescape I think)

I'm allergic to most alcohols and I believe PG liquid contains Methyl and maybe ethyl. Probably just a trace amount but I ain't risking it

Nah it's not too bad I just drink lots of tea, so I thank God I'm not allergic to that too lol

Someone mentioned mixing VG liquid with distilled water to get it to vape better. I can't find distilled water anywhere. Would a good shake of the cartomizer get the VG liquid to soak in better?

Cueball, you can buy distilled (deionized) water from most supermarkets. It can usually be found in the household cleaning section. It's commonly used for filling steam irons

Leaving the carto to soak up the VG juice for several hours would help & shaking it wont do any harm & maybe also help

Hey Cueball, i'm having my best vape ever today using some cartomizers that have been soaking for over 48 hours, I think the juice is a mixture of VG/PG. But a good soaking seems to work wonders

deionised water from halfords and all good car accessory shops (its used to top up batteries) dont buy the ones from the supermarket as they may be scented
rose flavoured cocmel doesnt bear thinking about
Oh and welcome by the way

I tend to mix at 80% vg then 20% deionised
very good for knocking down strong nicotine content but can mute the flavour but works for me

Just a quick update.

I received my Riva 1100 and I'm loving it! I've been vaping over the past few days and I'm trying various strengths. I think I'm a Medium-strength man but I do like a blast of the High-strength Old Holborn now and again lol

A major plus point is I've not touched those horrid roll-ups during this time. I even feel fitter

I've just ordered some apple-flavoured juice so I'm experimenting with flavours now. Can anyone recommend something delicious?
