Done a review of the heavy VG blend of Tmax's Snake Oil, its pretty special.
For those that aren't familiar with the juice, its definitely one to try.
Hats off to Simon for the service, juices arrived next day, in a sturdy box, sent via Special Delivery with constant email communication, couldn’t ask for a better service.
The bottles and artwork are perfect and create a real premium feeling.
Solid brown glass bottles, child proof caps and love the old fashioned, retro style labels.
Also a free pipette and a fizzy snake sweet, what more could one ask for?
Simon warned the juices were rather fresh so gave them a shake and hid them away for a week to mature.
From opening the bottle, its clear this is a pretty special liquid.
As you open it the smell of a citrus / anise concoction enters the nostrils, smells absolutely divine.
The juice is very thick / gloopy, I have seen thinner 100% VG juices, however have no problem drawing it up the supplied pipette.
I first tried it on a Subtank Mini, RBA Base at 0.8 ohms, 22 watts.
Wow this stuff is good, the inhale is a very punchy citrus / lemon sherbet, with a strong anise twist.
The exhale is completely different, with the koolada / menthol coming in to play delivering the “chill” and leaving your mouth feeling totally refreshed.
With the limited wicking in the Subtank mini, I decided to put its through its paces in the Twisted Messes RDA.
Single coil with 0.5mm Kanthal, 10 wraps round a 3mm drill bit came out at 0.8 ohms.
Went with a single airhole on the RDA to maximize the flavour, taste is phenomenal.
At 40w the flavour profile changes, the Sherbet lemon intensifies, and the anise settles to more of an undertone.
The same refreshing exhale is there, 40w is my personal sweet spot for this liquid.
Vapour production is insane as you may expect from Heavy VG liquid, although as I tend to mainly drip, most liquids I use are heavy VG, but this had much better vapour production than some 100% VG liquids I have tried.
Overall this liquid is a definite must have for me.
The service, the presentation, the flavour and vapour put this head and shoulders above most liquids I have tried.
Would I buy it again? Definitely and would have no reservations about recommending it to fellow vapers.
Cannot fault it.
