Hi all.
i currently have an Xtar WP2 which is great for my current batteries but doesn't charge 26650's. Can you advise what charger would be best (and cheapest) for the job? I have been advised that ebay is awash with fake Nitecores which may explain why there are so many around the £15 mark. I am not too concerned with them make but your sage advice would be welcome.
Svenson.

I use an efest LUC which i am more than happy with. I believe it will take those 26mm batts too. I read a lot of people like the nitecore & i would buy a genuine one if i needed a new charger but not from ebay. I would also happily have another efest LUC. Go with a good vendor, Myepack or whoever you trust.

Efest soda is my fave one, the nitcore under charges anywhere from 1-2 watts

Xtar vc2 I've had problems with nitecore in the past so won't try them again but had the vp2 from xtar used everyday multiple batteries it's never put a foot wrong and never even got warm while charging the vc is the updated version and i will be buying the 4 bay version soon as I have total faith in xtar.

I have a Nitecore D4 at home and a D2 in the office. The firm also has 6 D4s for use by the engineers. Never had any issues with any of them and they defo take the 26650s.

We use the Xtar VP4 at work and I use a Nitecore D2 at home... both are great, although the Xtar charges faster than the D2 in the 2 outer bays

I like Xtar's, Nitecore are good, not so keen on Efest, but I would look for a higher current charger with 26650's or high drain 18650's. I have a couple of Xtar SP2's that give 2 A per bay (often 4 bay chargers only have 2 channels and halve the rate for 2 batts or if you pick the wrong 2 bays). I got them from torchy here for £15, he may still have some.
