Holy s**t! The Aspire Atlantis is effing awesome

Just bought the Aspire Atlantis from the lovely lairey at Vanilla Vapes.................. this tank rocks! I literally couldn't see the TV last night (which was handy as it was the 'uncomfortable Ramsay Bolton wedding night' scene on Game of Thrones)

I'm torn now between what I think is better over the Atlantis and Subtank mini, pure vaping I would say the Atlantis wins hands down but value for money the subtank wins because of the rebuild-able deck, however I got this on special offer and with my 10% discount it cost just £18.............. winner!

Also picked up a Smok RSBT hybrid for a tenner (£9 with discount), bit fiddly and that stringy wick stuff is horrible! (especially when burnt) but once I'd wicked it with some cotton it vapes lovely, not a patch on the Atlantis but nice to have in my ever growing armoury!

I prefer the atlantis over the subtanks myself as I have lost all interest in rebuilding lately but most seem to prefer the sub's.

The subtanks have better flavour over the Altantis 1 &2 IMO and the Lemo v2 and Goblin kick both of them into touch. Can't really comment on the Arctic (ask BrenD , he has one) but the £15 Innokin isub is on par with the subtanks.

I prefer the Arctic to the Atlantis, more airflow and the coils are a little bit special if you like a nice warm vape.

While the .5 ohm Atlantis coils start to cry if you run more than 40w through them, the dual Arctic coils are just getting started. The vapour and drip tip were far too hot for me at 100w, but the coil seemed perfectly happy and wasn't giving me dry hits. I've got a wide bore delrin tip on the way, so I'll see how far I can take it

Alas I've got a Lemo 2 coming in the same order, so my Arctic and Atlantis tanks might start to feel neglected.

I love my lemo 2, the coil lasts for days. Not as much cloud as the subtank of the Atlantis. But flavour omg its Devine. Also I'm not having to refil the Lemo as much and that's at 30w ! Incredible thing

What are you lot vaping with your sub gear? I've had an Atlantis and sub ohm cf 2 weeks and it's crap
Bought some 6mg juice from drip drop and it's still hurting my throat and tastes like vinegar. Back on the analogues for now. Seems like another 50 quid down the drain but every one keeps saying how good they are.

i use 100% vg juice,its not really 100% but i not keen on pg
there is a good reason for this as pg is what gives you the kick at the back of your throat or makes you coff yer nuts up
you might find tht the juice you got was 50/50 half pg and half vg which i could not vape in most tanks never mind a sub ohm one it would rip my throat out so get some high vg juice before you give up on it
the next prob you have is trying to find a juice you like the taste of which is not always easy, i likes redbull but dont like the drink for eg but with the tank you have if you dont like the juice youll soon know because they pump out so much flavor

so make sure you try some high vg juice before you give it up

would allso try what they advertise as 100%vg as well just because its a sub ohm tank(it do take all the harshness of the inhale away)

you just have refined taste my friend, have you tried normal non sub ohm resistances and normail airflow?

I use 100% VG, saying that I have run 70 VG/30 PG from dripdrop through my subtank and it vapes fine, I just prefer the 100% VG

you cant have 100% vg flavourd liquid... maybe 91 95% never 100 unless its pure un flavoured vg sorry

yep it has reared its ugly head again haha people need to know 100% vg is plain vg with no flavour or nicotine, it is my duty haha
