Hi good morning AAEC I have a few questions for you die hard mixers Firstly strong strawberry concentrate , I have a few one shots that need a little kick and I don't want to throw them, iv already fixed the coconut cream pie one with a tiny amount of (I call it ) supersonic coconut so I'm looking for some potent strawberry to fix the others , I have a lovely Capella sweet strawberry but would have to add to much so I'm thinking inawera ?? I see on chefs they have a couple any ideas please ?? Question 2 I lovey custard and have made quite a few different variations , I am wanting to try Capella custard but I see some places do 3 . Capella custard, Capella custard v1, and Capella custard v2 which is your favourite please is there a big difference between all these ??? Question 3 milk shake I love milk shake am I better buying one shots or is there something you use to make milkshake so I can experiment with all different flavours . Iv seen stuff like milk, malted milk , vanilla ice cream or do I use something else please?? Sorry for all the questions I'm loving this mixing lark and won't be buying shop bought put it that way , I have a new crush on rhubarb it's lovely especially with custard

Can't help with the Strawberry @yavape as it's not my thing. Capella custard though - v1 is the original (and what I'd assume is just named as Capella custard on some sites)and v2 is the version they brought out which is Acetoin & Acetyl Propionyl free. Personally, it's v1 all the way for me!! I've read loads that says v2 isn't half as nice due to the ingredients that make it creamy tasting being removed. I think it's a decision only you can make as to whether you are ok with any potential risk that vaping v1 can bring. I love the idea of creating some milkshake diy mixes I think experimenting with various milks, creams etc is the way forward. I've got loads of potentials sat in my mixing store so I'll get around to giving it a go myself soon I hope. Good luck

Thanks spacey for explaining that I have been told v1 is a lot better and now I can see why. I think I shall look up some milk shake recipes to give me an idea , I'm loving making my own

Please don't think I'm rude @yavape but can you double space between your sentences (break into paragraphs) as I (and some members) have difficulty ready blocks of text

Yeah....it's my first port of call for concentrates.
Not the complete ranges but they are steadily adding them all the time.
