IJOY Acme question

I have recently acquired the IJOY Acme sub ohm tank, many thanks to lordvaper

It comes with 0.3 ohm atomiser coils.

The problem is I only have a 18350 mechanical mod and a Cloupor mini 30W.

The mechanical isn't man enough for the job and the Cloupor only fires down to 0.45ohms.

Can I rebuild the atty coils, if so, how?

If not, what is the least expensive mod to buy?

You can get 0.5ohm heads for that tank jevans. Don't know where from but they're the ones that come with the tank when new. If you don't find a way to recoil you'll be needing to order spares anyway.

tagging prr may bring in his head recoiling experience to the party for advice.

a far east istick 30 or 50w clone should fire up the atty ok, my istick has fired everything from 0.3 ohms and up i have sat on it, and i rarely use more than 20-25w output.

Should dump a fair bit more power than a single 18650 mech mod though shouldn't it?
And it's cheap which is what was asked for.

They also have the Smok m80 for £31.90 jevans

fwiw smok m80 is a very tidy hand friendly mod imho, lots of power, plus doubles as a clock/calender when the fire button is locked, and can be used as a mech mod too if required, just a shame its temp control feature is a complete pair of soggy pants.

Not seen one of these heads so haven't got a clue if the can be recoiled! If someone wants to send me a dead one then I'll have a look but no promises. Pm me if anyone is interested.

Am having real problems with one from glen, this has got a ceramic type cup in it with the coil legs actually going through the cup. Even with centre punch and hammer can't get the cup out!

They 0.3ohm coils were made to be fired with a lot lower power than normal. I was vaping they ones no problems at 20/30w!
