Awesome! When are they on sale???
Assuming you aren't planning a commercial venture - what's the total cost of putting this all together?

Well done Greg beet you are well satisfied with that Yep well chuffed mate, your tip to tin the wires before stripping the insulation was invaluable Those switch wire holes on the board is tiny. Switch LED works and the charge board too, 200 ohm resistor was spot on.

Awesome! When are they on sale??? Assuming you aren't planning a commercial venture - what's the total cost of putting this all together? It's not cheap im afraid. shapeways bits were £61 delivered. DNA40 and evolve charge board about £50. £20 for the 510 and switches. Then about another £20 for magnets, wire, doner battery sled, resistors So about £150 just to buy the bits, then you need the tools if you don't have them already - epoxy, solder, soldering station and other bits and bobs. Probably took me about 10 hours to put it all together. But it's a great sense of achievement and the mod is light as a feather and feels great in the hand

I quite like the look of the Sagittarius @windows did recently, not sure yet if they'll take a DNA30 as I have two boards already. Need to do a little homework

Sod the PimpVaries it will always be your baby (and a better vape *cough*) , it doesn't matter if others realise but now and again while you are enjoying a vape you look down and think "I did that" and smile.

Regardless - you have built an awesome PV which you should be very proud of. Enjoy and (if you ever decide to sell it) remember I said nice things!!!
