M3 brass insert that phtumshk linked to look like a good idea, you could heat the old one with a soldering iron to loose the glue and pull the old one out. Or if it is really stuck force a self tapper in and blow torch the self taper then grab with mole grips an pull. Obviously have a bucket of water to drop anything hot in and do it somewhere sensible, the more bit you can hold in clamps of vice the easier it would be.

Heat softens epoxy nicely Just held a soldering iron on it for a while and its finally moved, not coming out yet but a bit too late now to attack with a dremel. Can see it isn't barbed so I'm happy it will come out with out damage so ordered a M3 brass insert.... Well a pack of ten if anyone else ever needs one...!

If I get close to throwing it I'll try think of you and stop........ I'll post to you to do and keep than scrap it temper........It's got temp control that suppose to work just who ever made it glued the bloody weak copper positive screw as well....! Board is alive...
