mains plug adapter, which one?

Hi, I'm trying to find the correct power mains plug adapter with a usb port for my I stick batteries. Got lost in fleabay with all the different types and wondered if someone could tell me which the correct one was. Also where to get it from?

Try to avoid ebay if possible. You need a power supply rated at 5 V, some can output 3.3,6,9 or even 12 Volts. THese don't adhere to the USB standard.

The Istick is rated at 1 Amp for charging. This means a 500mA USB power supply will work, but will take longer to charge and risks casuing excess heat build up. A 2 amp charger will work fine, since the charger (inside the Istick will only draw 1 amp, the 2A rating is only an indication of how much current the plug can supply, not how much it outputs all the time)

Any quality branded USB phone charger (Samsung, Nokia etc.) thats provides at least 1 amp should be fine.

The aspire one works as well, at least it does for me on a 30 watt istick.

Definitely not an iphone charger adapter!!  For safety limit your choice to 1.5Amp MAX  thumb up

I got this recently (few months ive had it now) for charging my tablet at 2.1amp plus i have a Bluetooth speaker which needs a 1 amp charging port.
The ones that look like 3 pin plug are rubbish and make an unnerving buzzing sound, already tried them and binned it, but the one I linked works really well, i would be happy using it on something like an istick. I use it on my tablet which i treat like it was my right arm.

The I-stick supports 1amp charging from the micro usb port so your 1amp phone charger will be just fine
