It looks like this has been an obvious system bug, a hangover from the previous problem. It`s not the end of the world They need to sort themselfs out but I'm kinda feeling sorry for isabel22 now days... It's almost comical for myself but not sure Isabel feels the same...! had my troubles with gearbest but they have never actually tried to knock me so yea not the end of the world....... again...

Gearbest should have learned their lesson by now. This we know.
We should have also learned that that this company has, and apparently will continue, to make these cock ups. That surely does not make it worth even 'having a punt' on whether they will honour it or not does it?
All I know is that they are losing more and more customers with each incident but, in the grand scheme of how big their customer database probably is, I doubt they are that bothered.

We ALL make mistakes and this one appears to be a system glitch, just a code that didn`t cancel. I was speaking to Isabel and she was absolutely mortified after what happened before. Let`s not throw the baby out with the bathwater. I dont like presales but at least Gearbest TELL YOU when it is a presale. There will always be occasional problems when a vender`s stock does not arrive when it should. Fasttech is riddled with that kind of thing and 3Fvape don`t even tell you it`s a presale. Gearbest often have some great bargains and are well worth persevering with in my opinion.

This company should have their vendor status removed from the site. If you went into Tesco and bought something 3 times which, when you got to the till, was incorrectly priced, you'd be taking Tesco to task. This is no different.
Gearbest is a joke. Spend your money elsewhere.

Spend your money elsewhere. A lot of people shop with Gearbest......and have had no problems. And it is better for the forum to have a point of contact with Gearbest rather than none. But yes......the code thing is something to avoid.......or take with a pinch of salt.
