I'm surprised to see sane people tolerating, and even being sympathetic to, this repeated failure. This company should have their vendor status removed from the site. If you went into Tesco and bought something 3 times which, when you got to the till, was incorrectly priced, you'd be taking Tesco to task. This is no different. Gearbest is a joke. Spend your money elsewhere. I agree with you that people should vote with their wallet. My point was mainly to encourage people not to get personal with isabel22 and I do have sympathy for her, if you have ever had to clear up other peoples cock ups at work you will understand. I don't think they should loose their vendor status as isabel22 has and continues to answers questions, help members and get their problems resolved. I have also had far worse customer service for UK and European vendors. e: typos & spelling

To be fair, we have had many problems with many venders in China. I think we should try and distinguish between deliberate deception and mistakes. There are many venders who do this kind of thing deliberately and will continue to do so. Most of 3fvapes "desirable" stock is pre order and they will add "pre order" only when someone complains. Fasttech have their "Ships in so many days", often late. At least you know Gearbest state "Presale" for stock they dont have. This has been a mistake or a system glitch. They will learn from it. As for the copy and paste thing, we surely dont expect to get personal messages to everyone do we?, it`s a big company. Their prices are excellent, especially to this forum (and probably others). Isabel is one of the most attentive contacts we have, who has done nothing but try to help members here.

robby, problem is they aren't learning. We're seeing the same cock-up manifest time after time. I'm sure isabel22 (renxi ni hen gauxing - my Mandarin has taken severe nosedive since I came back from China in '09) is as frustrated as the rest of us, but my concern is the company failing to address it's processes.

It`s very difficult to keep giving vapers the latest toys and trying to be first with it. They will learn, we`ve seen far worse than this from venders, you wont agree but the personal contact we have built with isabel22 is the best way to help that happen IMHO While we are on the subject, it looks like the code for the EvicVT has been pulled. Probably a vender complaint to Joyetech.

We are part of the problem: we want the latest at bargain prices and they feel that pressure to get their offerings to market before the competition.

Don't get upset because everyone won't join your witch hunt pipey. I can understand you are narked over the Kbox four quid business, but posting every time someone mentions them is a bit tedious. Leave us grown ups to decide where we spend our cash. And the mods to decide who has vendor status. The kbox is rubbish anyway. Some of us have had genuine bargains with the expected levels of China service from GB. I've ordered from them again this week.

I've got no problem with GB. Every place cocks up occasionally. The prices are great (the best anywhere) the coupon codes are really handy if they work, they do mostly and if they have the stock it's delivered in super quick time using British Express, my last order was delivered in 5 days. And at least if they do mess up we have a good contact here who will sort it out for you. Plus if you pay by paypal you're protected anyway.
