Name's David, just registered on the forum, nice to meet all of you.
I have been watching these articles pop up recently showing reports about how the vapor in e-cigs is damaging lung cells. I think the article was in science daily, any one else read it? Just wanted to hear what you guys thought. I have a hard time believing these articles because I feel most of them are damaging the e-cig industry on the behalf of tobacco companies, so it's hard to know who to trust.
Also wanted to share this video with you guys, it's one of those Hitler parody things about e-cigs, hope you enjoy it.

Hi xdavidx think our post should be with the other introductions?? perhaps a mod will move it.. Welcome by the way, afaik the verdict is still out on long term damage if any,(real studies) and any incidental lung damage by vaping is less damaging or serious than the known much more heavy damage done by tobacco smoke, |

Yeah I agree with what your saying, anything that you put into your body that is not suppose to be there naturally is going to leave behind small side-effects, but it's no way near as dangerous as Analog Cigarettes. I think a lot of people have jumped on the band wagon of just grouping e-cigs with cigarettes without fully understanding the benefits of harm reduction.

xdavidx I've been vaping for coming up to 7 years. I used to be a very heavy smoker & my breathing was awful. I would be out of breath just walking upstairs. But what a contrast these days, my lungs feel as clear as before I started smoking (over 30 years ago). So IMHO, I'm living proof that the reports are bullshit
