If someone invents one I'll be on it like a shot as I go through far too many coils. Protanks are my go to now for ease of re-wicking.

There is this method does involve drilling out the Atty head first time you do it.

There is a company that does a rebuildable head for them. I can't remember who it was though for the life of me. Doesn't really help does it lol

I used igual method but it began leaking after a while,have bought some silicone to seal the 2 small holes after drilling out the other 2. To date no leaks, no funky flavours and the silicone hasn't distorted at all, seems to be working well but experimenting on myself to make sure no Ill effects.

prr did you wrap the tails of the wick over the little holes?
Had a freshly filled tank sat for 18 days no leaks yet.
That's with 50/50 liquid

Yep, did everything as per your method was fine for a day or two, then got a tiny leak, rewicked it with a little more cotton and again fine for a couple of days and the the same thing.

Got some silicone and put a tiny blob on the 2 small holes, this is working to date! igual

I'll have a bash next week at silver soldering over the holes.

might be easier to wrap with a bit of ptfe to cover the holes, its basically inert and poses way less threat than any residual flux left over from the silver soldering way

Anyone else seen this? - I see that there is a kit which appears only to be a plastic insert to help align the coil.
