MrDJ It was indeed very interesting , I have been struggling between the choice of low nic and needing to vape more everyday, or increasing the nic and vaping less, after listening to those two specialists/scientists, I am in no doubt that upping the nic will not do me any more harm and in fact may be beneficial cost wise too, vaping less, juices last longer, I am getting through juices like a bad dose of Dioherra. Being a Yorkie lady ,I will not however be chucking out my 6mg stash of juices, but I will be calling on help from the very many experienced DIY mixologists on here as to how much nic needs to be added to the varying amounts of juices I have in stock.

The nic is easy to work out. Say you have 30ml of 6mg juice and want 12mg juice.
You have 180mg (30x6) and want 360mg of nicotine in 30ml. So you need to add 180mg of nicotine which is 180/72ml which is 2.5ml of 72mg base. You now have 32.5ml of juice with 360mg of nicotine in it. Which is 11mg/ml and probably close enough. If you add another 0.5ml of nic base you have 33ml with 396mg of nic. Which is exactly 12mg/ml.
Using the total amount of nic is the easiest way to work it out IMO.

Great video! They're correct about every little health scare getting out of control lol but its true with using very low mg nic juice but upping wattage alot, you can get through a tonne more liquid and alot more flavouring than before, and the flavouring may be the unknown component in ecigs right now compared to everything else. But still compared to the 4000+ chemicals in regular cigarettes it can't be worse. People vaping on premium juices though at 100 watts or something getting through 20ml a day must be very expensive, can be good to get used to less complex flavours. I find with flavours that are just about acceptable, after a tank I'm used to the flavour lol
