Lost/Cannot find my package from Fasttech...What now?

Tried tracking my last order to Fasttech, got directed to 17 something or other, they say they cannot find the tracking number as the carrier may/may not, have put the correct number down?

This is all new to me, it used to be so simple to track. What do I do now, ordered on the 6th June via the express package thingy.?

I did get notification from Fasttech when they dispatched the goods.

having made a 'few' fasttech orders over the last few months i have had similar problems using the tracking options. ALL THE PACKAGES HAVE ARRIVED HOWEVER!!!!!!

so i just think its a case of tracking info either not being updated enough or in the wrong format for that global tracking portal to read and display.

As the 6th was a saturday, count 10 days from the following monday (8th) for the delivery window.. so i would expect delivery from thursday onwards this week

I had this problem they messaged me saying carrier didn't process the correct tracking number and have held package until new tracking number is processed. It did turn up in the end.

Send them ticket requesting they check with carrier about tracking number

i had a fasttech epacket parcel pop through my door today..ordered sat 6th june...despatched on the tuesday thereafter

E Packet is a very quick option, there can be a hiccup if it sits at Langley for a few days which I think could be customs. i wouldn't worry it will be here before you know it

As others have said, if it was Epkt you used it will be here any day, and honestly 6 th June to now is not long for a parcel coming all the way from China. If you just used the free shipping, expect anything up to a month or in worse case scenario even longer.

Fastest e Pkt delivery I have had is 4 days from shipping to delivery, slowest 7 days, i have heard of a few recently getting held up at Langley, bit of a joke as they only seem to take 2 days to get from there from China

I just forget all about them and they miraculously appear

Yes I quite often get packages from fasttech through my door that show on 17track as still in China or left Beijing Airport. Biggest problem seems to be Langley/Royal Mail not scanning the parcel when it gets here. I expect this to get worse as RM try to cut as much to increase profits and share value. Just keep the shareholders happy and B****r us. Wee Rant Over.

Got a shock when the postman knocked, usually just posts stuff, but he had my Fasttech packet that would not fit through the letterbox.
