Has anyone used Rhubarb concentrate from Chefs Rebranded Range?
Thinking of purchasing it from Chefs, Want to do Rom's Rhubarb & Custard
Just wondering what ratio to use, if its stronger than CCW?
Thanks
Mike

Well... I used the one from UK Flavours... in the following mix...
2% Rhubarb 3% Apple 5% Vanilla Custard 1% Vanilla Cream 2% Pie Crust
it reminded me a lot of that Apple & Rhubarb Custard Pie...

I've gone totally away from CCW, the only one's I'd use now are Vanilla & Blueberry, but even those I now get elsewhere.
Chefs Rebranded is the first range I check now, they are mostly quite strong, you'd start (as a standalone) at around 10%

They indicated its very very strong, so much ,when mixed it was dominating other flavours. They recommended 2-3%... - its THAT strong... I havent yet ordered, as I'm still toying with Rhubarb from CCW.....
