The most "stupid" thing you've ever done in your vaping life

Last night I felt like an idiot... 

I had a few issues in all those years I am vaping, but nothing like that...

A couple of days ago I set up my Kayfun and all of a sudden I had to go somewhere with my wife... so I put it aside...

Last night I had a meeting with a few friends of mine... when I got tired of dripping, I filled my newly set Kayfun, and laid back in order to enjoy my juice... almost 1 Ohm in 12W...

Started vaping and thought I was nearly dead... no steam (a very slight one) and a slight of that awfully ugly taste of burnt... thought is was my idea so I increased the W to 20, no steam again but the burnt taste became more intense...

What suprised me it was that I never had a burnt issue with my Kayfun...

I put it aside and continued dripping...


A few minutes ago, I de-assembled my Kayfun to check out what was happening and what I saw it made me feel so stupid...


I FORGOT TO WICK IT WITH COTTON...



How stupid someone can become???

I've had cotton burn up in my mouth due to not priming with juice first!
Most idiotic thing was trying to fill an evod before I'd taken it apart. Juice everywhere!

Filled a kayfun without the top chimney section.
Gone to vape a dual wick genny without the topcap or looking at it, ouch, at least I didn't get a lasting burn.

Rewicked my subtank mini last night primed the wick filled the tank and screwed it on, juice everywhere, forgot the top cap off the Rba section doh!

Recoiling and rewicking an aerotank head, filling the tank with juice and then realising I'd forgotten to put the chimney back on! Doh!!

Haha,where to start ...don't remember all of them ,but lately I rewick my goblin,fill it,put it on my mod and start puffing...then I see a tiny screw on the table
No juice leaking due to high VG,but still felt stupid.
I have a "pinky" moment as I call them every week.

Snap! Half asleep the other night I did the exact same thing, full tank straight through the chimney and drip tip and all over the kitchen side. Not a happy bunny!

I got myself mixing kit and nic base from totally wicked and mixed up my first juices forgetting to add the nic base, was chain vaping and craving a smoke for days before i noticed the unbroken seal on the nic base bottle DOH!

Went to work with a kraken/nemesis setup, a spare battery, my spare charger in work and a recoiling wicking kit at work....but forgot my work juice bottle was empty and this muppet forgot to take a new one in.

So lesson learned, always a bottle at work and a spare in bag now. A kraken tank does not last a full shift when running at 0.2ohms on a mech.

Yeah, same sort of thing Perpetua, I've left the house with every vaping accessory known to man in the days when I was running mech mods, even down to having my Magneto alongside my Caravela, and forgot to a) put a fresh battery in the Caravela and b) take my spare battery box. Fortunately I was able to detour mid-morning via home to pick up a fistful of batteries, so all sorted. Did feel rather silly though . . .

I once put a spare 18350 in my trouser pocket with keys and change. Needless to say ot shorted and I was hopping around trying to remove it shouting that I am burning.
This was in the crematorium at my sister in laws funeral.

I forget these things as fast as possible - too embarrassing.

One thing I did early in my mixing days and then managed to forget about was to put 20% coconut in my chocmint mix instead of 1%. So last week I did it again. These days I mix 200ml at a time

Lost my cool fire 1 over the side of a boat, caught a fish put mod in my mouth, too heavy and splash that's the end of that one, was sad seeing it sink away.

Getting taken to one side at last years Stithians show for a "little chat" by a policeman, dunno why as I only had a cool fire 2
