The black dots will be cotton seeds, nothing to worry about. As long as no bleaching has been used it's good to go, and as you state that it's off white, it seems to be unbleached. Use it freely.

Thats the stuff ok, same life time supply pack as im using  its a natural unbleached product so the seed bits and not perfectly white colour is fine.. |
