Surely that opens up a whole can of worms?
I.e I dropped it and got scratched etc "I'll just return it".

Could you not change the wording to protect yourself from refunding people that have been careless.

My thinking is that with the market being somewhat saturated it is very important for our customers to know they can buy in confidence. We have suffered a couple of times from somewhat interesting returns however I cant ask folk to trust us without trusting them In return. I've found on the whole our customers to be great people whom I really enjoy communicating with and it would be unfair at the minute to cover my bases due to a small minority.

It certainly does warrant further inspection though and Ill continue to monitor.

Everyone loves a bargain right?

With this firmly in mind whilst selecting our latest shipment we have added to our collection.
