Rest assured, how things were is how things are... In general others have been pleased with the complimentary upgrade, and we'd certainly had no complaints until I was made aware of this today. As stated we've taken your feedback completely on board and can only apologise that we have caused you inconvenience, and assure you it won't happen again.

With regards to approaching us - if you want to post here too that's absolutely fine and completely your prerogative; but if we aren't also made aware directly and we're flat out busy (which we have been), we may not get opportunity to check in here for a couple of days. We don't want annoyed customers stewing on easily resolvable problems unnecessarily - it's not good for you and it's not good for us. You're a good customer and I'm pleased that you've been happy with our products and service up to now and it disappoints us to know that we've disappointed. But if we don't see what's going on for a few days it just gets more frustrating for you and less fair for us.

myvapery, my order arrived this morning, thank you. The three 50ml bottles I had ordered and paid for, at such a huge bargain price were there and so were two 10 ml bottles of the same three flavours, so an extra 60ml included in the little box of loveliness - what can I say except thank you, very generous and totally unexpected. And even better, if that's possible, all the bottles were made 04/15 so should be well steeped and ready to go. There will be much tank cleaning and tasting going on later this afternoon. Looking forward to trying them out.

Tanks cleaned and refilled with blackcurrants...lovely flavour; jazz.....peach, fruity and lovely; hazelnut latte....nice flavour, light latte taste with definite hazelnuts.

Iv'e been vaping the hazelnut latte for a couple of days now, lovely juice, as are most of the others. Great quality though out the range.

Hi myvapery

I chacked your webside about the 50ml for £10. First I tried the single eligued like Chestex 50ml went to proceed to checkout and wanted to enter the code 50ML10 I received the message "Invalid Coupon"
Then on your home screen I tried to click on the advert "Come get some!" and it delivered me to the 5ml Ascend vapour sample screen.

Anyway I wanted to buy samples first and I did it
