Ordered thanks myvapery. The discount box takes a couple of looks to get used to,Just a heads up the code says one thing the total then shows the right amount, the two just don't add up. It's not a problem just something you may want to check, anyway thanks again. Tried using the chat not sure I was working it right.

Well the wait's been a little longer than anticipated, but we now have the following new concentrates available from our signature range: Pastel da Nutter Creme Brulee Del Fuego Che Fernandez Winter is Coming Pucker So that's now the full set. All of our bottles liquids now available as flavour concentrates, in 10ml and 30ml options! And don't forget, AAEC10 gets you 10% off at the checkout. Cheers Steve

Hiya, is there any shipping option that doesn't involve a courier? I'd chosen the cheapest delivery option, thinking the small order would just pop through the door. Much as I love the concs/juices, and was over the moon to see the creme brulee conc become available, without a simple delivery option, I can't order. 3 little bottles of conc could easily be delivered through the door. Not having a go here btw; just hoping can order. I can order 120ml+ (unicorn bottles) elsewhere, and that arrives through the door a couple of days later (free first class). Again, no offence intended.

That's why I was so surprised to get a text on Friday about Interlink delivery today, and thought they must have texted the wrong person ... even looked up online to see if it was a scam. I definitely didn't choose courier delivery. Much prefer to wait a little while and it just come through the door, no hassle.

Thanks. Just checked it, as well as being certain at the time that I'd gone for non-courier shipping, but by all means ... ORDER REF: #1574, September 3rd, 3 x 10ml creme brulee concentrates.

Got mine coming by courier too, Booked the same delivery as kittyvape I won't be as home So Will have to find out where the Interlink depot is.. Other orders have been with the post office I have no problem picking them up.

Hi @19steve57 and kittyvapeOk, it appears we have taken advantage of a courier service to trial which we thought would be of benefit for you to get hold of goods quicker. It seems however that this might not suit all if failed deliveries (not being in). Hopefully you got details of the tracking and it includes the ability to reschedule to a beneficial time. It's being trialled like I said but if you want to opt out leave a message in the order notes. Apologies, we should have notified better but we were trying to bring a better service

Obviously people weren't going to be in; that's why they ordered standard delivery. Really not impressed. A good service would have been to fulfil the order with the shipping method chosen ie reliable. And no way should you be foisting onto customers that it's up to them to remember to 'opt out' themselves. Simple answer; no more orders.

Kittyvape, I'm sorry you're disappointed with receiving an upgraded postal service (having read your other posts in the thread, in retrospect, I completely understand) - we obviously want to make it right. I must ask though that you actually approach the company with any issue in the first instance. Technically you haven't actually come to us with this - if Ash hadn't been on the forum this past couple of days we'd have had no way of knowing there was a problem to fix (he's often away on business).
I'm just talking to the team to work out the best way for us to resolve this for you and we'll come back to you ASAP.
EDIT: Steve I see this has caused problems for you too... we'll get this sorted for you also if you could please confirm your order numer. Again, apologies - we thought it was an upgrade that people would be pleasantly surprised by. In retrospect we should have offered it in a different way.

I'd been impressed with how things were, and don't feel I should be glad to not receive the service I paid for. Also, this forum is about openness on threads to my understanding (mods, Chrissie?, please correct me if I'm wrong) ... that's what I've seen on reading through, and I feel it's a good thing to be above board and direct. I always come here first, when a vendor has a thread, partly to find out if others are having a similar issue. As far as I can see, the methods of shipping offered need to be kept to, and, if you want to use Interlink, that needs to be added as a clear option. I really am bemused why it would be thought that people would be pleasantly surprised by a more complicated delivery than they'd requested.
