... I keep coming on to this forum when I've not got 'shynitis', nor any interest in mixing the latest 'super tutti frutti' juice. Have been off the fags for nearly three years, and that, to me, is all that matters, thanks to this place.

So, why am I here? (no, not a psycho babble question)... it's because all the members here are from every walk of life, have a multitude of opinions, humours and respect for everyone else.

I keep checking in to see if the world is still spinning (not just vaping), especially after today's news bulletins. It's a SAFE place to be and let off steam, some of it very personal in the 'members area'.

The information here for those just stepping into a 'tobacco free' world is unrivalled, BUT it is the community feel that gets to me.

Sorry for the 'mini' rant, but I'm on the neighbour's Spanish whisky... and Chrissie, did I give you my bank account number to send payment to!

My guess Raffles is that we have a common interest and we don't need a p-ssing competition and the mods are female and keep us blokes all in line!

I also agree that the ladies on this forum do keep some of our male members in check.(me included).

Yes,we do have a `happy, friendly, place to come and cyber chat to each other, with advise,information,or just to cheer us up when feeling down.

got to say this site is invaluable especially round 9-9:30pm when the cornershop is still open and i could nip in for a backy buy (20 yards over the rd).. tho i tend to sit down at the puter for a lot longer that the 30 minute panic period
