No matter how diligent i am in only adding items to an order that are in stock
Every order i place when i revisit it the next or following day is held up due to one or more items not in stock and expected in at some date in the future!!
Its a petty frustration i know but iots tainting my vape shopping experience..

It's China and its cheap. I understand it's frustrating and annoying. If I want something NOW, I order UK. Otherwise, order and forget. It's the best advice I can give you.
On a positive note, some of my 'restocking' items have been shipped soon after the restocking status went up

Split the order, you get lots of little vapemail instead

I placed an order on Monday. One item was not due to restock until today and another on 2/7/15. I had an email yesterday to say all items had shipped. Its just an example of the other side of the coin phatfil. I paid the bit extra for epacket shipping but thats another story. @spikeyfridge has pretty much summed up the situation when ordering from China. I'm sure at one point all of us will have been frustrated by the dreaded word "restock".

Split the order, you get lots of little vapemail instead its what i end up doing, cancelling the kit not ready for shipping and making a 2nd order of delayed stuff, its just a pita, a minor one with a work round, but why bother adding any indication of stock levels in the item ads if its just plain wrong?

I've tried this idea as well. It's rubbish.
Best answer is to split as soon as you've spent enough to get free postage. My latest batch came in 3 lots bought one after the other.
4 days to leave (would you believe it, for something "ships next day") and 9 days in transit with the $2.80 e-packet.
Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. I won big on this one i.m.o.

Its a petty frustration i know but iots tainting my vape shopping experience.. I always get the opposite happen. Picked out 4 new atty's to try out and one 1 said ships in 5 days, another said ships in 6 days. next day I went to look at details of a separate order which was a pre-order item and to my surprise the atty's were already on their way. You never can tell with that 'ships in' number.

You can never tell with FT. I agree with @spikeyfridge, order and forget. It will turn up eventually.

Agreed with the ambiguous FT 'ships in' times, I've been watching a couple of items for over 2 weeks now, one has said ships in 5 days, the other ships in 7 days, and they haven't changed at all in 14 days

Worst experience I had with fasttech is a non vaping item, a USB memory stick, shaped like a cute girl in a Kimono for PinkyPuff . Was ships next day when ordered and still hadn't shipped 11 weeks later. Oh well, at least the refund paid for more krakens. As for Epackets, I haven't seen much benefit from them as almost all my wait times have been from stocking, packing and internal shipping in China. Once sent abroad, singaopre post has been the fastest for us for a long time, and neve had any damaged goods arrive. China post has been as fast, but had many items arrived damaged from them.
