I can't wait for His Holiness the Dalai Lama...I've been so fortunate in that I have met & have been blessed by him.

I'm not religious, but do consider myself spiritual...& I would definately be a Buddhist, but I'm not quite a good enough person for that.

I try every 3 months to visit the Tibetan/Buddhist retreat in the Ettrick Valley...it 'grounds' me & gives me peace.

So when he appears, you will hear Gill's heart abeating

That "noise" last night was a terrifying. I can only see polarised reactions to such an assault on the ears. For a man who had the talent to create some inventive and worthy hip hop, he has lost his way. He even employed real musicians in the early days; gospel choirs and strings.

Lols, fantastic Raffles .  Exactly what I'd think of if I heard that name.  Guess I watched too much UK gold during school/University holidays. 

  Expecting to see Reg Hollis and Bob Cryer do a duet next year.
