Thanks Perpetua just got to find a wheaty flavour now Would a Graham Cracker flavour do it gm111 . . . . . The graham cracker was invented in 1829 in Bound Brook, New Jersey, by Presbyterian minister Sylvester Graham. The original graham cracker was made with graham flour, a combination of finely-ground unbleached-wheat flour with the wheat bran and germ coarsely-ground and added back in providing flavour.

I've got tfa graham cracker and the last mix I did at 7% and I can't taste it hardly at all, maybe it just needs longer too steep?

Have got the clear version of the gram cracker and its an odd one I must admit. Has definite potential to add a biscuit almost granary ness if that makes sense.

Guys that Oatmeal Cookie concentrate is absolutely rank. Bought it ages ago to try a Oat n Raisin Cookie recipe and it's vile. I would advise against!!
