replacement build base for Subtank

Hi    Having ordered a few replacement rba bases for the subtank, from Fasttech, I've seen the order's held up for 11 days now before that part of the order can be shipped, eek. It's not that there's an issue with the one I have, so I can wait, but, in looking up where I might be able to find them in the UK, I noticed a reviewer saying you can use the mini rba base in the subtank? But, there are different mini versions now. It's not the Plus subtank that I have, so am wondering what combo of mini/subtank would fit the same rba base, and whether there are subtank bases available in the UK.

myepack sells them and as far as i know the new RBA base fits the old subtank mini

The new rba's won't fit the 1st subtank (6m)l as they don't have the little chimney on the top of the rba. kittyvape doesn't want one for the mini

Thanks @tubthumper and gm111. Yes, it's the 6ml subtank rba base I'm needing. Just ordered 2 mini rba bases from myepack, old version for now.

The Subtank Mini and Subtank Plus both take the same kind of RBA, both versions of Mini/Plus are interchangeable.

The original Subtank the 25mm version has it's own type of RBA which will only work with that tank it will not work with the Subtank Mini or the Subtank Plus.
The RBA that comes with the original Subtank is too wide to fit into the Subtank Mini also the chimney stem inside the tanks are different lengths.

When the original Subtank was designed there was no plan to make a 22mm version and so the RBA was designed to fit the the larger 25mm tank.

You can see there is quite a difference in dimensions.

I would wait and see who might have some on the forum, maybe they could help you, I believe a few members ordered the old ones by mistake phatfil being one of them I believe?

Thanks Get Off My Cloud   Confusion cleared ... interesting to know the Mini and Plus take the same kind of rba; that stands for the new Mini too? Like the bigger rba on the original Subtank a lot; nice to work in that much bigger space.

Yes but not in the v1 subtank, sorry I'm a little confused as the v1 subtank rda is what this thread was about

Sorry, gm111, it was me asking about that, just to learn more about the different tanks. Still on my quest for the v1 subtank rda, so you're right.
