when to reduce nic/ml conc

Same as most here it is the mornings that I look similar to Thomas the Tank Engine. I don't start work till 3pm so my mornings are spent imbibing nicotine and caffeine in roughly equal quantities.

Once at work things settle down.

Still managing to vape through 5 - 6ml a day of 18mg but that is down from when I started vaping when I would regularly go through 10ml. The 10ml phase was a mixture of playing, cock ups and generally not having a clue what I was doing.

Suspect my relatively high volume of usage is also due to using a bottom feed atty that seems to munch through juice compared to the tanks.

My brother started 2 weeks ago and talking to him he is using about 2ml a day at 20mg in a tanked Bolt, some juice by someone called Griz, but he is still on a cig or 2 a day so suspect if he really wants to stop that he needs to go up to 24mg or vape more.

Really uncertain whether I want to stop vaping nic at the moment. I smoked for 30 years and have been vaping 10 weeks so to me this is still very early days. Guess I will find out lol

Dont think a more powerfull mod would make any difference to the sweetness issues you are having , taste buds are very selective and every individual has different tastes , why not try a few tobacco flavours .I just found that using a variable voltage e cig compensated for the de crease in nicoteen strength and gave me the hit that i was looing for .

Yeah am using hs delight at the mo, 18mg proper tobbacco tast and tbh it's making me a bit dizzy, where others at 20mg don't do that at all. I guess on tobbacco flavours I can lower the nic.

Am down to 9mg a day...depending how well I sleep I vape between 3.5 - 5ml (haven't logged it for weeks!!!!) So I'm just going to reduce by 1mg every 7-10 days now. Always keep some e-liquid in the fridge in case I go back to ciggies (like I did the other week for a few days after being particularly unwell)

Just thinking about cost of nic juice. Have got the wicking just about sorted and am on a 70/30 PG/VG mix...Seems to be about the best though initially for the first day or so I'm still repunching (that's an art )

But yeah that's me...how is everyone else doing?

Have just reduced to 7mg/ml ..noticing practically no throat hit even on a 70/30 mix.

That's what it's like and if I'm to reduce any further I really need a good throat hit. In fact the nicorette inhalator has better throat hit that that!!!

You're putting yourself under more pressure/ smoking cigarettes because you're not getting satisfaction from your ejuice on the lower strengths.
