ARGHHH! Let down AGAIN!

I have placed 2 orders with Chinese vendors for a Evic VT TC Kit and checked that they had stock when the order was placed.

First order placed 8th June for shipping a the end of June, the date for shipping came and passed vendor, chased vendor multiple times, promises made and broken re shipping date they ended up refunding me after having my order for 4 weeks

Placed the same order with another vendor early in July, checked that stock was available, showed stock on website in 2 locations, PM'd vendor after 2 weeks "processing" was given a tracking number which was checked after a few days and the tracking number was invalid. Messages vendor, was told mistake had been made and goods not shipped was told that good would be despatched today. Email received today saying that goods would not be despatched offering refund.

I was REALLY hoping I would have this mod in time for Vapefest now it looks like I will not, I am really PI**ED OFF!



OK I could order from Joyetech but would have to pay £85 the kits from China are less than £50

Does anyone know any Vendor that has this kit in stock for under £50?

Could be, thought the last time I read the Aviation regs internal batteries were OK, but that was probably a year ago.

The full kit is £49 ish so do I go for the full kit or just the mod?

If I buy the kit the tank is worth around £15 - £20 so I guess that means the Mod will be about £30 - £35 ish..........

Aha, I know the feeling DiscoDes - I'm also currently pulling my hair out over an order for a kanger white subox kit

I had one on pre-order with FT from 23 May and it passed the ETA date and went into restocking where it stayed for ages. Got fed up waiting for FT to get it in stock so decided to get one from a UK website. On the site it stated "in stock", so I paid for it on 15 June, it also stated on my order form/receipt "in stock". Transpired it was not in stock at all. Couple days later got an email saying I could have the black one instead or wait till end of week when the white one would be in stock. Obviously I said send it end of week, huh, end of week came and went, nothing, nada

Cut a long story short, it was eventually sent out on 30 June. Got no tracking number, so waited & waited & waited nothing arrived, nada

Contacted vendor, eventually sent me a tracking number - was sent via DHL from Germany wtf, why

Package went to customs in Spain, cleared Spanish customs, flown over to Tenerife, went to Canarian customs - been there since 13 July

Got letter in the post from customs office - declaration paperwork on parcel not been done properly - gotta then email customs office with various identification papers, invoice/receipt of the goods, full description of goods, proof of payment etc etc etc

To date - still waiting for customs to clear it + a hefty flippin customs charge coming my way (minimum 30 euros over here)

Should have stuck with FT - would have had it by now

I couldn't agree more, in my case I was so disillusioned by china that I though I'd take a punt. It all worked out well for me but it could've easily been very different.
