I never use the self checkout machines as the more people that do, the less need for real checkout operators there is. Might not be the most glamorous job in the world but it's still a job. |

Me too, refuse to use them... Made a manager set up a till with a "human" to say "hello" and "thank you" in B&Q last year. |
