Got my concentrates today. Thought about doing a little tester sample. But after smelling the new york cheesecake it reminded me of the dulce, so I new from that wiff I would love this. Off to make 300ml.
Wish me luck for allowing it to steep

As much as I love your faith......it's always a good idea to make a small sample first.
You never know.

I'm a v1 full fat sort nanotm so I've not used any other versions. I will say it's generally recognised that nothing comes close to CAP v1 custard

Yes, please let me know. I get asked a lot what it's like if this or that is subbed V1 is a LOT better than v2 well to my tastebuds it is. I had both v1 and v2 so made 15-20 different mix's with both as a side by side comparison test to me i will never go back to the v2, its ok don't get me wrong but the v1 just brings it more to life if that makes sense. The only other custard that i have found that works well is the alchemists cupboard one and tbh i quite like theirs as a stand alone flavour.

Whilst the stock recipe continues to improve by the day (not much left of that now gulp, but Ive been testing it to understand the science honest ;-)) all of the several variations I tried have failed miserably so far, bar one. It's at least showed me early on in my mixing journey just how easy it is to ruin an already great recipe. The one success though is adding 5% Cap peanut butter, which gives it a subtle but moorish nutty twist (the test bottle didn't last 24 hours). I have a couple of Butterscotch twists steeping, but if they fail also, I'll be sticking to stock Kreeds Kustard and Kreeds Nut Klustard from now on. 700ml now steeping in total lol :-)

Capella Juicy Peach added at 4% is good.
Also INA Biscuit at 2%

Cheers Kreed, I'll definitely try the peach as that sounds nice. About the biscuit. I actually made up a sneaky test 10ml of that earlier today by extracting 10ml of stock from a freshly made batch of KK. All was fine until I realised I worked the percentage out from the 200ml stock recipe I'd just used and forgot to adjust down to 10ml - I'd basically injected 2ml of Ina biscuit into the 9.8ml stock. Don't worry, I remembered what you said about Ina flavours and flushed it, but it's spooky you mention it again later the same day. I'll take that as a sign and give it another go ;-)
