Mrsmac it's sort of has that custard creamy type taste but the NY cheesecake makes it almost chewy - it's really hard to explain!! It's not creamy as in a TPA sweet cream or other added creams taste though. kreed you absolutely must make a bottle and not touch it for 7 weeks. Hide it from yourself, bury it in the park, I don't care!! Honestly, it's soooo good. And you as well car147 ^^
