So I'm looking at this and thinking to myself in what way is it better than the Nautilus mini?
I saw a comment somewhere that the flavour is rather muted on the Triton (stock coils, which i'd be using), anyone got these two to compare on this?

beeper I can only comment on the Triton ... I did find the flavour rather muted with the stock 0.4 ohm coil when I tried it at my usual 25 watts but it is a very flavourfull direct lung vape at 40 watts with all air vents fully open.

You'll also need a suitable device Beepsie to run the Triton on for sub ohming . . . . that trusty Silver Bullet of mine if you still have it, will need specific batteries. Even then I'm not certain it would handle anything sub ohm as it's not a pure mechanical Mod. But it would give you the perfect reason to go shopping.

The 1.8ohm head has a thinner coil so its ideal for normal vaping and has a great flavour production.

Every tank I've ever tried, be it standard or sub ohm, gives muted flavour. I don't see the Triton being any different, despite the claims by reviewers.

Should be able to use Nautilus stock heads (v1 and v2) in the Triton - as well as Firytank ones - plus a few others possibly - so if thee prefer them - no problem

I haven't liked sub ohming on any of the tanks I've tried and the Triton is no different.
However using the 1.8ohm stock head it vapes just like the Nautilus/Mini.
I don't do stock heads but recoil them for the Nautilus/Mini. Still a work in progress recoiling the Atlantis, Triton & Triton RTA heads. I can't get the wicking right to stop them flooding.
Probable cause is the cotton strip that is between the inner sleeve & the casing. I have managed to get some very thin pieces of jap cotton inside when refitting the inner sleeve but it's a PITA.
Most likely outcome is 2 Tritons & 3 Triton RTAs going in the classies.

Aye smifee - the Atlantis heads should work in the Anyvape tanks - have some on the way to check Still like the Furytank but not rebuilding it - easier to rebuild the stock heads LoL

Further to my earlier post ^^^^^ the one thing that I don't like about the Triton is the measly 3.5 ml juice capacity ... if you are subohm vaping at higher wattages it drinks like Geordie Best and I find myself refilling every hour or so ... thank God for top refill.

Thanks for the comments and suggestions. I don't think 3.5ml is tooo measly- I'd be replacing a mini Nauti which actually holds less!. Also should have added that I'd only be using the 1.8 ohm heads as my vape style is mouth to lung and I really can't see this changing. I'm happy with it ok! I've read that the 1.8 coils are made of a different metal to the sub-ohm ones and were somehow better (?). I was hoping that the Triton would offer a better vaping experience for those of us who are still normal vapers ie. don't use sub and don't lung it- the Triton has had some very good reviews from vapers who know their onions!.

I'd not be using the dear old SB, bless it's little socks!

smifee Just to confirm - the Triton 0.3Ohm coils fit and work well in the FuryTank Tritons have been swapped for 2 Nautilus. Couldn't get the wicking right consistently.
