Great customer service from shade e vaping

After spotting paulymeatballs review I decided this is on my must have list.
Ordered and within a couple of days the beautifully built box arrived.
Unfortunately despite being well packaged it had been damaged by Royal fail.Looks like something very heavy had dinged it on its weakes point and split/cracked the wood.
To say I was upset was an understatement ( had a disaster with another company pissing me about unrelated to shade e Vaping)
I rang the peeps at the shop and explained what had happened not knowing much about them I was expecting a battle, however the staff member I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful and after a 5 min phone call a replacement was being wrapped up as I was speaking to him.
It arrived at my door 16 hours later.

I would like to say a big thank you to shade e Vaping for their cracking
( no pun intended ) customer service.
This is a company I will definitely be useing again.
It's nice to see customer service still counts.

I live 5mins away from them, Paul and the team are great,I always used Gray Haze until these guys showed up plus it helps that they are across the road from my local pub so I can have a pint first then nip over and have a chat
