Added this to my latest Chefs Vapour order because I had heard good reports. Did the 'finger test' WOW Mixed 50/50 at 8% (recommended is 3-10%) quick shake and it smelled so good I had to try it, fresh Ni200 in the subtank+ and WOW I have NEVER had a shake & vape taste so good so quickly, time will tell if the flavour changes with a steep but this is one mighty fine menthol/eucalyptus/fruity barrel of taste I truly think I can drop this to 5% next time which will give 200ml of juice for 10ml of concentrate costing £2.50 BARGAIN link to concentrate

Think my tastebuds must be truly shot Q mixed at 20% 50/50 12mg! I don't subohm at present but the tank was coiled at 1ohm and wicked with cotton, not bland but not strong, nice flavours though.

Sometimes mixing too strong can wreck the flavours, I always mix strong, most people who try my juices reckon they are too strong, yet 8% for me is perfect, but I reckon once it has steeped awhile it may become a little too strong hence why I expect to drop down to 5% for the next lot, time will tell

FA Layton Blend: This flavor tastes different at different percentages! You will find wildly-conflicting descriptions of this flavor online, but hopefully these notes will help clarify why, and help you use Layton's changing flavor to your advantage. Fine-tuning your percentage and vaping power is key with Layton Blend. Layton is a complex tobacco flavor by itself - and it's an agreeable mixer. The tobacco flavor is mild, smooth, not very 'dark', but definitely tobacco. The tobacco bit stays unchanged from under 1% to at least 5%. However, all the other flavor notes vary by percentage, with major flavor changes at 1%, 3%, and 5%. Mixing less than 1% of Layton with other flavors adds a gentle, subtle coolness that's very useful to brighten and smooth dark, spicy, or pipe-like flavors. Under 1% standalone, you'll taste fairly neutral, mild, smooth tobacco flavor, and little else. Over 1% standalone gives you some distinct coolness. This isn't a 'menthol' flavor note - just a neutral, cooling mint effect. Vaping at low power brings out a mystery-sweetness you'll find difficult to identify under 2%. It isn't honey or caramel, and there's no spiciness to it. Over 1% standalone, vaped at higher power, the mystery-sweetness becomes a hint of general fruitiness. The mild tobacco flavor remains constant and unchanged. At 3% standalone, the sweet-coolness is accentuated and begins to taste like clove. It's sweet on the tongue during inhale. The vague fruity notes become mixed citrus flavor. The mild tobacco background is still unchanged. At 5% standalone, a bit of anise joins the clove. You get the sweetness of anise on your tongue, with sweet high notes of clove, and some mixed citrus. The tobacco background remains unchanged. I suspect Layton may be among the most useful and versatile of FA's tobaccos for blending. If a tobacco blend is too dark, heavy, spicy, or bold for you - try it with a little Layton.

Also if i can point out that many flavours seem to find their own 'layers' particularly more so in 'one shots', even a standalone flavour can layer on the base liquid (pg mostly), Its recommended to give your flavours a thorough shake before adding to your base.

Confused me a bit when ordereromg, what's the difference with the extra, it works out more than 3no. 10mls and recommends a higher percentage? This letsavit . . . . CS Extra is a ready to mix concentrate Chefs have created using Clear Storm as a base - recommended to use that at 15%. So I guess that means the original has been toned down, tweaked and that accounts for the difference in recommended percentages.

Still a bit confused, Ordered the 10mil to try, mixed at highest 10% and liked so on next order I got the 30mil...didn't really notice until this thread , the links etc...... Now got this to sort out on next mix, half bottle of 10ml and a 30ml... Reckon the 30mil @20%? Should of boughted 3no. 10mls Chefs Flavours Lew any advice please. Not very good when you have produced a nice juice with the same name and bottle label and we are comparing and potential confusing percentages between us.

Should of boughted 3no. 10mls Why don't you just continue using the Clear Storm you've already tried/enjoyed at 10% to finish the bottle. Then the Clear Storm Extra at the suggested 15% to begin with. Forget the names, think of them as two different concentrates - which in effect they are letsavit.

Got a bottle of clear storm other day, might mix up a batch tonight. Was thinking 10% like others to start.

I mixed at 8% which was great shake & vape, after a few days steeping I reckon I could drop it lower, going for 6% next time. It is a LOVELY vape, chykensa I know you will like it, if you haven't tried it before the next meet remind me to bring some
